Changes made to the Ranking Site Details form may take up to 48 hrs to take affect.  The more information you provide in your Site Details the higher TrustGauge score you will receive.

Brick & Mortar simply means that not only do you have a website but also a physical location.

For example, BarnesandNoble.com not only has a website they also own the Barnes & Noble bookstore.

# 28 How many times do I have to enter my 3rd party validation service into my details page?

In order to receive a score for your third party verification service, you only need to submit this one time to your details.

# 29 How many points will you assign to my 3rd party validation service?

We are currently in the process of rating all of the verification services.  As long as you have an acceptable company name posted as your 3rd party verification service, our system will automatically assign points to your TrustGauge score once we have establish a score for that particular service.

NOTE: In order for our database to recognize and assign the appropriate points for your 3rd party verification service, you MUST enter the company name as is and in CAPS.

For example: ValidatedSite™ should be spelled VALIDATEDSITE not VALIDATED SITE.
